AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The aims of this course is to familiarize participants to identify and
investigate  accidents/incidents.  The  course  provides knowledge and
understanding    of    methods/tools    for   the   investigation   of
accidents/incidents,   related  documentation  requirements.  It  will
highlight  the  role  and  responsibility of involved personnel and to
take     proper    corrrective/preventive    actions    relevant    to
accidents/incidents.
